We invite you to join us April 19th, 2005 for the
IMAGINE Conference 2005 "Reclaiming Our Passion"

Early registration is recommended, as seating is limited. If you register by April 1st '05, the cost is $120 for the day, including lunch and the evening presentation. (Participants are required to make their own dinner arrangements).

Registration after April 1st increases to $150 per person.

You may also attend the evening session as a separate event.

Registration costs for the evening only, are $20 for professionals, and by donation for families and self-advocates.

Should you require financial support to attend the conference, please contact the Conference Coordinator at (604) 542-4817 and print the application for financial assistance below.

A limited number of partial subsidies are available, to support family members, self-advocates, students and others who require financial assistance to attend the conference.

We will do our best to support everyone's participation as funding permits.
